Care4Kids Hope Project is a non-profit ministry committed to serving vulnerable children. We greatly appreciate your generosity and support of our mission.

General Policy

Donations made to Care4Kids Hope Project are generally non-refundable. This policy is in place because:

• Donations are used immediately to support our programs and help children in need
• We are a charitable organization, not a commercial business
• Refunds can impact our ability to provide ongoing support to children

Refund Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:

• Duplicate donations: If you accidentally made the same donation twice
• Technical errors: If there was a technical error that resulted in an incorrect donation amount
• Fraudulent transactions: If your donation was made fraudulently without your authorization
