• Program Operations (10%): Staff salaries, program administration, and operational costs
• Fundraising and Communication (5%): Website maintenance, donor communications, and fundraising activities

• Education for All: School fees, uniforms, books, and supplies
• Feed a Child: Nutritious meals and food security
• Gospel Commission Initiative: Spiritual care and biblical teaching
• Emotional Wellness Program: Counseling and emotional support
